Mallskape is a virtual online mall where you are able to shop from the best Ecommerce merchants globally. Here you can visit different stores, restaurants and service providers to shop for your needs safely.
All products and services sold on Mallskape are sold by independent businesses that may be based online or are extensions of physical establishments.
The merchants on Mallskape all operate independently and as a result all orders will be processed in the same manner. As the orders will not be arranged in a central location, individual order numbers will be generated for each purchase so it can be precisely tracked to the respective merchant to maintain accountability and the highest quality of service. Please utilize the “Save for Later” feature to keep items for other merchants until you complete a purchase.
To register to be a merchant you may click our Register Now button on the main page and then fill in the required details. Once you have completed the registration, you will get a confirmation email that will contain a link to our YouTube page where you can view the tutorials on how to set up your store.
To make a purchase from a merchant you must first sign up for a customer profile. After you fill in all your details including your address for deliveries, you will be required to include your Debit/ Credit card with which you intend to make the purchase. Once your profile has been created, you can shop for items you wish to buy by name, category, or by merchant. Once you get to the storefront, you simply add the item to your basket and then click on checkout. Your card will then be charged and the confirmation email sent to you for that purchase. It will also show up in your order history as well as your notifications.
The contact details for merchants can be found on the banner of their storefront. In some cases the location of their establishment may be found there as well if they have a physical space.
To locate your orders, please sign into your account and then go to the “My Orders” section. This will be the same for the mobile applications as well.
To manage your card, please log in and go to the “My Account” section where you will see the “Manage Card” option. Please select this to gain access where you can make changes to the card attached to your account.
The time associated with delivery will be determined by the merchant that is selling the respective item. All fulfillments of orders will be done by the individual merchants who would have included the estimated delivery time on all products on their page.
After you have made a purchase, you are able to submit a review for the item as well as the merchant separately. This review will reflect on the merchant’s ranking on the platform to give information on customer satisfaction with both the product and the merchant.

Please visit the “My Orders” section of your account and then select the order in question. Select “View Order Summary" to see the details of the order which will include the name of the merchant.
We currently accept all major payment cards and use Stripe.com as our payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express card. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD) and this will be exchanged to your local currency by your bank or card issuer.
The “Cash on Delivery” option will be available with merchants that accept this method. You will be able to see if this is available when you visit the merchant storefront.
Refunds will only be processed by the merchant that sold the product. Please pay attention to the product details as some merchants may not offer refunds. Please review the product or reach out to the merchant for their policy concerning refunds.
Your storefront should contain all the information relating to your business. It will bring forward your contact information as well as your business physical address if applicable.
All tutorials will be available on the Mallskape YouTube page. You will be able to see all aspects of the management of your store there.
Each merchant on Mallskape receives a unique identity after completing the registration process. A domain that is directly linked to your storefront is created by linking the primary domain with the name of your store. Eg. www.mallskape.com/yourstorename . When you share this link to your social media pages, customer can come directly to your storefront if they are using the web application.
The mobile applications would require you to tell customers to download the mobile app from the App and Google Play stores and search for your store by name. Customers can also search by category and by item so if a particular item that you sell is being searched, your store will be generated in the results as well.
